Returns/Refunds/Exchanges & FAQ

  • We maintain a no return/refund/exchange policy
  • However, if an item arrives damaged, we ask to be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery. Pictures clearly showing the damage must be included. We will review and, if approved, send you a return label. Therefore, you must hold on to the product until this process has been completed and you have received a response.
  • If you forget to enter your discount code, we can not offer a refund
  • Make sure ALL information is correct before you place your order, including your shipping address
  • Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.  Once the item are marked as 'Delivered', you will need to contact your post office if you did not receive it.
  • Sometimes mail can be delayed; this is NOT our fault!
  • At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States and Canada.  
  • Shipping times can vary and can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on availability.
